COMBU INCORPORATED WARRANTY

COMBU INC. warrants its PRODUCTS to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of sale, when installed properly and adequately maintained by a qualified technician, and operated under normal use/conditions, consistent with published COMBU data. 

COMBU INC. WILL NOT HONOR ANY WARRANTY FOR ANY PRODUCTS THAT SHOW EVIDENCE OF: MISAPPLICATION, MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLECT OR PRODUCTS WITH MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS. 

PRODUCTS believed to be defective may be returned to COMBU INC. or place of purchase.  The shipping container containing PRODUCTS returned to COMBU INC. MUST be clearly marked “DEFECTIVE – RETURNED FOR WARRANTY CONSIDERATION” and be returned freight prepaid. 

Returned PRODUCTS will be examined and tested, if necessary, and those found to be defective, in the opinion of COMBU INC., and qualifying under COMBU INC.’s PRODUCT Warranty will, at the option of COMBU INC., be replaced.  PRODUCTS found to be defective, but not qualifying under COMBU INC.’s PRODUCT Warranty will, at the Customer’s option, be scrapped or returned to the Customer at his expense.  PRODUCTS found not to be defective will be returned to the Customer at his expense. 

THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR USE AND IN NO EVENT SHALL COMBU INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND NOR WILL COMBU INC. ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
